Easy to use and install

Using the ‘Quick Install’ guide, there is no need for an engineer, you can set it up yourself.

PersonalPost™ is also extremely simple to use. Simply weigh your item of post, key in the postage (this is done automatically with PersonalPost™ Plus) and insert your letter, or franking label for larger post.

The correct postage and your company name or advertising message – will be printed.

Sending franked mail is easy. Put your franked mail in a ‘Meter Posting Envelope’ available from Pitney Bowes and post in any post box in your postal district*. Alternatively Royal Mail can collect it from your office.

* The first half of your postcode indicates your postal district.

Specifically for the smaller office

Stylish and compact, PersonalPost is designed with the smaller office in mind. Weighing in at just 2.5 KG it is compact enough to fit on any desktop.

PersonalPost™ is ideal for mail volumes up to 30 pieces per day.

What happens if I want to cancel?

There is absolutely no obligation to keep the machine within the 30 day free trial period. If PersonalPost™ isn’t for you, simply let them know and Pitney Bowes will pick it up at their cost.
